Zombieland The Series

With the massive success of The Walking Dead, it was only time before the rest of Hollywood caught on and produced another Zombie TV series. Risky? Hells yeah!! To overt a small screen crisis like the relaunch of Melrose Place, why not take a successful film from the big screen and slap it through the small screen zombie machine! Enter Zombieland the series!!

So here’s the deal, produced by the original creative team the show follows four survivors as they bring the pain to the zombies while looking for a place to call home. The original film starred Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin. The horror comedy smash saw the cast surviving in a zombie infested post-apocalyptic world and surviving each other!

 Zombieland the series is not currently signed to a major network (the pilot was rejected by Fox) but it's the first program to screen on Amazon. There is a lot resting on public reaction to the premiere of the show, if a lot of buzz is generated, then there is a good chance Amazon will commit to a full season.
