Having just moved into my new place this year, I thought it
was a great opportunity to hold a Halloween party with a twist. Each room was set up with a different theme
and the guests had a set of directions to follow when they arrived. Mr N and I decided to include ourselves in
the ‘experience’ and hide in strategic places to deliver the best scares.
Once our guests had all been through the house we sat down
to a short zombie film from VHS 2, followed by some horror movie trivia which
resulted in the highest and lowest scoring players having to complete some gory
tasks. The first was the retrieval of
some severed body parts in the red jelly bath and the other was to visit the ‘Pet
Semmetary’ to dig up poor old Church – who was surprisingly stuffed with candy! We also decided to have a Blair Witch moment
and offer the chance for everyone to tell their very own real life scary story
and then watched them back all together.
Lucky for our BZF fans, you guys get to see this all first-hand! That’s right, much of the evening was caught
on film and you can check out our Halloween party below!
